Clustered close together on the side of the hill, the buildings of the hotel have been sympathetically rebuilt or extended to retain all their original character whilst offering even more spacious and comfortable accommodation. Two things that will never change are the panoramic views of the valley below and the uniquely warm welcome from the members of the family and their team.
You'll be made to feel at home as soon as you step across the threshold of the main building, a fine Georgian Dower House once part of the Blackmore Park seat of Thomas Hornyold.
The new bar and lounge area, with ample comfortable seating and lit in winter by a flickering log fire, is well stocked with cosmopolitan and sometime idiosyncratic selection of beers and spirits.
