The Hours Fly By Where Time Stood Still.
Located close to Aldeburgh on the Suffolk Heritage Coast the hotel overlooks the Meare and golf course. Originally built as a seaside holiday village for coloniels home on leave from the colonies in the early 1920's, the village offers a traditional and quirky atmosphere couple with modern hotel and self catering facilities.
The hotel has two bars serving a variety of beverages including locally made beer, hot and cold snacks and lighter meals. For more formal dining the restaurant menu changes daily and offers traditional and contemporary dishes useing fresh local produce. In good weather the terrace is ideal for pre dinner drinks and al fresco dining.
