New specially built Boutique bed & breakfast lodge. Our homestead's design was inspired by a historical West Coast homestead and offers 12 rooms of luxury accommodation, facilities and home cooked breakfast. Each room has been individually decorated, named and themed after a local pioneer family, with photos and stories of these families displayed in the rooms. All rooms are centrally heated, with French doors opening onto the balcony and have magnificent views of the lake or mountains.
The lodge has a Guest's lounge with large open fire and 42" Plasma TV. Also available is a spa-bathroom for all guests to use and a guest laundry. Outdoor open fire/BBQ for all guests to use. Café on-site offering Devonshire teas, espresso coffee and fresh home baking.
Set in 200 acres of peaceful family farmland, looking towards Lake Mapourika, only five minutes drive to the village, with spectacular views of the surrounding snow capped mountains. By staying with us you get to experience the beauty 'Glacier Country' offers, as well as to share the local history and knowledge of this special place, where our pioneer family has resided for over 100 years.
